We suggest Stock Feeder, which will stock a desired quantity of components at a time & will feed the same to further synchronized system through a chute / tray (optional) where the material will flow with the help of vibration at a desired rate continuously with the desired quantity at a desired interval time.
The material in the stock feeder will also be kept in the disintegrated form by vibrations and this will avoid the formation of lumps & thus will avoid jamming of the material. Comparatively, the airtight enclosure (made of an acrylic sheet) will also be there of small size and will have opening on the top of the stock feeder for loading the material.
The Stock feeder vibration could be controlled by flat fiber plates & a balance weight held between the vibrator & mounting base that absorb reaction force. These stock feeders are best suited for high-speed conveyance of small & thin precision parts. In order to set more feed rate from the feeder to an assembly machine.
